Jahrhunderts als diagnostisches Verfahren entwickelt und im Laufe der Zeit weiter verfeinert. Heute ist die Hysteroskopie eine endoskopisch durchgeführte Routine-Untersuchung bzw. eine gängige therapeutische Methode. Für die richtige Durchführung einer hysteroskopischen Untersuchung oder OP sind sowohl die perfekte Beherrschung der Technik als auch eine eingehende Voruntersuchung der Patientinnen wichtig. Today it has become an endoscopic routine examination, respectively a frequently practiced therapeutical method. Hysteroscopic interventions /diagnosis can be repeated several times as they, do require less premedication or anesthesia and the patients discomfort is reduced to a minimum. It is for these reasons why hysteroscopy is a widespread fundamental diagnostic respectively therapeutical method, practiced daily in gynecology.
